Panasonic S640 - can't play divx5 and fast forwarding doesn't work

Hi, I have a problem with playing dix5 videos on my TV, I have to transcode them. I'm attaching my debug files, but I'm afraid there is not much in them, because if I try to play the file I just got "file is not supported" on my TV. So I also attach mediainfo example of problematic file.
Yeah and second thing which bothers me is fast forwarding, no matter what file or if I transcode it, if I try I get one jump forward and then "please wait" for a while and finally TV says "cannot read file" .
