Support for hitachi smart tv (vestel)

Hi,
i recently bought a hitachi smart tv (actually it's a rebranded vestel) and having problems in streaming subtitles via ethernet - dlna.
I have no problems using tv's usb though. Anyway i installed ums, and tried to transcode video files with no success. Athough i can stream video files (with no subtitles) i have problems using ums when transcoding, since as far as i know is the only way to stream video files WITH subtitles. The tv keeps showing this message: "file not supported" no atter what i do.
So i've attached the trace log with this message if anyone can help me
