Question about binding to network adapter

Hello
I have set UMS to bind to one of my IP (I'm using VPN), but I need UMS to use my local IP, not VPN. UMS is working like that, problem is that I have in web.conf playlist of my IP TV and when accessing this, UMS is using VPN, so this access is not binded - well at least I think so, because when I turn off VPN it works.
So my question, can I bind lan adapter to streams from web.conf? Or is this a bug when this is not working now?

P.S.: I just 'arrive' to UMS from PS3 and this is far more bettter, on PS3 I can not play some old .avi files, new .mlv files have problem with slowed sound (I think because it's variable bitrate AC3), UMS works with all this, THANKS!
