Noob question about UMS

Hello Guys and Gals,
I am new to UMS only found it today and I have a question as I can't find answer in forum.
I have a Philips TV with NEtTV and I want to play a video on it.
But the problem is the video is browser based and can't be saved as a movie file.
It is a purchased movie from Google Play and I want to watch it on the TV.
So my question is, is there a way to play a browser based moving on the TV using UMS?
I dont have smart phone so I watch movies on Windows 8.1 PC so I got UMS hoping to be able to watch the movie on tv.
