Subtitles not downloading

I cannot figure out how to get the subtitles to download. I have changed the Audio/subtitles priority and remove everything and that didn't work. I tried *,* and eng,on none of which worked. Does opensubtitles.org require a login view UMS now? Is there some other default option that I might have missed?
