Having major Issues with Media Server

Hi all
I have been using universal media server for over a year with my PS4 and my WD live box and it worked great streaming media from Laptop to both devices now recently no mater what i do the UMS will not see either PS4 or WD this is very annyoing i have tried everything i really need advise on how to solve this issue.
