UMS Keeps stopping.

I am getting really frustrated as my media server works fine but when you get 54 minutes into a film it stops and cant play it any further!
I am using UMS 6.5.3 and streaming over wired connection from my PC to my XBOX ONE.
I have just over 400 films, and there all in AVI format and around 2gb in size.
All films play fine, rewind and fast forward works great however as soon as I get play of forward a film at the 54 min mark everything simple stops and a white spining circle appears in front of the now paused film.
I have tried increasing my heap both vie the ums.bat file and regedit and also in java control panel settings to 6gig and the issue always persists.
Please help.
PS no errors in logs at all.
