Infuse App on Apple TV

I have been using UMS with infuse 4 on my AppleTV (latest gen, 4th I think) I recently updated UMS to 6.5.2 and to Infuse 5. I see that 6.5.3 is out now so I need to test that out.
Infuse is always seen as an unknown renderer so I assume it isnt officially/fully supported. But I had never had issues until these updates and I dont know which is the cause. Every time UMS is restarted I have to delete and reconnect my saved shares. Server is on a static IP with DHCP reservation, always has been.
I also get random crashes of UMS.
Also curious if anyone has noticed performance/stability differences between java 7 and java 8 versions of UMS
System is win 10 pro x64 16GB RAM i7-4770k asus maximus hero vi
