Can't play 1080p anime's in mkv

Just upgraded to this build from the older PMS build. everything plays perfectly except when I try to play anime's in 1080p. Either it won't play the files, or it plays but there's a green bar on top the blinks constantly. i'm not sure if this will help but it seems that 8bit videos are the ones that don't play, and the 10bit ones are the ones that play but have the green bars on top. i've attached my debug.log
