Problem with MP4 on LG BD570

Hello,
I have a problem playing MP4 files on my LG BD570, I'm using the LG Smart TV or the Sony Blueray and when I force MP4 transcoding I can see on the media server the Buffer going up to 40mo or so then it goes back to 0 and on the TV I get nothing except a black screen and it goes back to the file listing. See the to attach files.
Can someone help me, i'm sure its something stupid...
