ETHERNET ERROR IN LOG PLEASE HELP

I assume that UMS uses the same or near identical to PS3 Media server but I have never been able to get this software to communicate with any of my devices. Below is the error that I am getting an would appreciate some help because I hate PLEX and want this to work. Thanks.
