This is a problem with UMS not with your setup. It is a known issue with a few TVs like LG.
If you look at the services on one of the displays it says "webos-second-screen-3000-3001". It also has a different UUID identifier. That is what is causing UMS to think it is 2 separate devices. You can tell it is the same device from its IP address. This does not cause any problems and is really just a visual problem.
I still don't know why the Phillips hue is showing up in UMS unless it is possible to watch videos on a lightbulb. It doesn't harm anything with it being there but you could stop it showing if you add an IP filter to block its IP.
