Hi,

This is a first time for me to write to your team....I just hope that I'll be able to report the problem correctly.

The problem exist since the version 6.5.2 and I just try 6.5.3 and still the issue present. It will or not steam the video, when it does work after 30 to 45 sec. of waiting I can't go forward, backward or to go to a specific point with in the video. The time frame is incorrect it is not in hours minute look more like only seconds.

Hope that the attachments will give you a clue of the issue.

I'll stay will the version 6.5.1 that is working find with all video that I have at moment.

Regard,

Normand

General:

You can download it from the front page.

This is a Windows-only quick fix which corrects the 32-bit MediaInfo dependency.

Changes since 5.1.1:

• General:
◦ Fixed MediaInfo dependency

Hi Capiray,

Thank for reporting.

Could you post the MediaInfo infos file for this movie: Ice Age 2 The Meltdown 2006 MULTi VFF 1080p HDLight x264.GHT (L'Âge de glace La Fonte).mkv ?

I saw 2 UMS issues in your log:
The H.264 level is unknown, and it should be, so it give you the transcoding issue that you are experimenting.
