Is there any plan or a way for UMS to support ordered chapter for MKV files ?

Reason is, there's a few anime releases by fansubbers uses this method to reduce the file-size, which is convenient for some of us.

Seems like I can't build it due to the program tries to download something from jgoodies website which is down by the time of this writing.

Any other solution for this?
