It turns out that it's the problem of my TV. I reset it to factory default and now it can be detected in UMS. Thanks for the help.

i did not configure any share folder because by default it would share all folders of my pc which is what i wanted.
i just check the ip of my tv right now it is 192.168.1.2, it is in the same subnet with my ums computer. in the router admin page, i also see my ums computer, my chromecast and my tv ...

UMS Can't Detect My TV
UMS was working fine a few weeks ago but when I started it up today it cannot detect my TV (but my chromecast is detected successfully). I have disabled the windows firewall but no luck. I've attached the trace log. Please kindly help. Thanks very much.
