No problem. Perhaps it's the channel that's stopping me from attaching logs - I still can't in this thread. Anyhow, I've made a new post in the support channel with my debug logs attached in case it's useful - it really only identifies that ffmpeg failed.

As discussed in the Announcements channel, 10.3 broke rendering for me (and at least one other member). Rolling back to 10.2 solved the problem. I had to roll back to 10.2 too.
