Thanks for taking the time to look at the log I attached. If I got the procedure right the attached file will be a trace log.

Panasonic UB-9000: UMS doesn't find files in folder

I'm also having a problem with a Panasonic UB-9000. It doesn't recognize music files inside a folder. When I choose a folder, the error message is "There are no files in this folder" whether there are .flac or .m4a files in the folder. The same folder opens without any problem on my Oppo 103 player ...

That's been true on my OPPO BDP-103D as long as I've used UMS. I assumed it was a feature or a function of the OPPO interface being several years old, like not always seeing cover art that was part of the file.

Also, if you're still seeing notes that the app is damaged, try opening the terminal and typing:

sudo xattr -cr /Applications/Universal\ Media\ Server.app

or

sudo xattr -cr (and then drag the app into the terminal window to complete the path if stored elsewhere)

Then enter your password when ...
