Wuuuupsss.... I figured it out. In fact I feel like a fool that I didn't pick up on this on my own earlier.

I'm running Windows 7 64bit and when I run PS3 Media server, I have to set it up as administrator status when it runs.

I've ran it with debug trace on, nothing changed - It does not log any errors of the videos I try to play that don't play. Nothing (errors) gets logged, the video simply doesn't play with the message flashing on my screen as I posted earlier.

Not a big deal, I'll just keep using PS3 media server ...
