Hello All

I am very new to ums.

So first I installed the latest UMS.
Then I pressed the shortcut to it.
Nothing happened.

I went to the whole path c:\program files\... and pressed on ums.exe.
Nothing happened (no screen open, no error message)

I un-installed it and re-install it. same results ...
