try installing this

then reinstalling ums, that way where possible it will use it own preferred codecs and codec ...

i notice on the ps3 it can get a little buggy, what i think is happening is that ums is trying to play several streams to the ps3, the best tactic, is to use the square button, and skip that way, if done to much it may cause constant little lags during play time, let it play for a few seconds for ...
