Re: VIZIO M70-C3 Config
I don't know too much about 4K/UHD right now, but I believe you'll need to have the video encoded in HEVC/H265 or VP9. Am fairly certain that your file won't work because it's encoded in AVC/H264 regardless of the resolution. So some research so you can save yourself some headaches. If you have a ...

VIZIO M70-C3 Config
Hi,
I was finally able to set up a config for my new VIZIO M70-C3 TV. Probably will need some tweaking as I use it more, but it seems to be working fine so far. Not sure if this can be safely applied to all M-series TVs, i.e., M60, M65, M75 and M80 since they may/may not have the same DLNA media app ...

Re: Memory leak?
I can confirm this issue. I watched a few shows via UMS yesterday and afterwards the java executable was using 1G of RAM. To free it, I did the same, i.e., quit UMS and restarted it.

[Implemented] New UI For Renderers List
Hi,
I just installed the latest 4.3.1 and wow, the renderers list dialog is unwieldy now. Heck, it's almost larger than the main UI. ;)
If you can please modify the renderers list so it's a reasonable sized modal dialog with a list box containing the check-able renderer items, it would be a better ...

Re: Not Detecting Already-Running Instance
I believe this is intended. I think I read on the forum about running an instance of UMS and setting it up one way, naming it say MediaServer1. Then running another instance setup differently and naming MediaServer2 so you can have better compatibility with different renders.

Re: Not Detecting Already-Running Instance
Should I report this as a bug or is it behaving as intended? I posted it here first because I wasn't sure if I should report it as a bug.

Not Detecting Already-Running Instance
I accidentally launched UMS while an instance was already running today and it did come up so I had two instances running. It looks like UMS isn't checking, on launch, if an instance is already running. It would be a good idea to have it do so I would think right?
