Doesn't sound right at all. Appbundler (which builds the .app and the launcher) is built with Java 7 for maximum comparability for Java 7 and 8. It only launches for these versions (7 and 8) and apple stopped bundling java 6 with OS X some time ago.

There will be an update to UMS shortly for OS X that should fix this issue. I've redone the app launcher that hopefully fixes this issue (back to the original with some tweaks), plus some other fixes

I'll check UMS with my playstation 3 and get back to you.

I've upgraded to 10 from 7 and not seeing any issues. I'll double check with my ps3 but you could see if a reinstall of Java and UMS works.

Yep mate, means you can block, delete users post, and ban a user in one fowl swoop. Makes it real easy to get rid of spammers

Kefran, there was an issue at my end with the Java 7/8 releases. There should be no issues with the version your running but i've re-uploaded the Java7/8 and they will have the correct version number without the testing bits at the top.

Java 6 version was unaffected by the build error on my end ...
