Re:[SOLVED] Auto update
So, last week I looked into Java a bit more and the differences between 32bit and 64bit. Then I looked into UMS and realised that although it installs in the x86 program section it also contains some parts of the program in 64bit. With this information I checked to see what version of Java I was ...

[Solved] Auto update
For about the last 4 updates now, the "Auto Updater" has not been working. It will come up and tell me there is a new update. Download.jpg When I click on download, it comes up with "Server error. Try again later". Server error.jpg The only way I can get the update is if I go on the UMS website and ...

Re: Java 8 update 212
I think I've solved it now. For some reason the Java version on my PC was a 32 bit version. I uninstalled it and then put the 64 bit one on. Hey presto and all is now working again. Thanks for the reply though.

Java 8 update 212
Since updating to the latest version of Java, (Java 8 update 212), UMS is no longer showing up on any of my devices. All the devices show up in the UMS status though. I have got it working again by uninstalling Java and then making UMS install the base version for it to run. This is not an ideal ...

Re: Running time.
I don't know how that happened then. Both the trace logs that I created and posted were done on my Samsung. I do have an LG smart TV also and that trace log shows it is mine. Strange. Anyway the problem seams to be fixed now. Do you need anymore info from me?

[Solved] Running time.
I think I have the right info for you. As regards to the renderer being used. I always let UMS do it's own thing. I leave the default set as "unknown renderer" and never force it. I've always run it that way.

Re: Running time.
Here is the trace log that you requested. I have used the same MP4 file as before so you can get a good comparison. I don't know how to get the media info for you, sorry.
