Update serviio server is working with it.. still would rather have UMS

Ill take a look at it again when I get home maybe I can get some more info. I defiantly restarted the server after installing the .conf file, I have another one that's shows the files but locks up once you click one I will compare the two

Is it showing up in your renderers area on the main page after it's connected? It's possible since you have a different tv model that yours has a different user-agent string. You can try making this the default file and then removing the user-agent string, but since it's not a rock solid .conf file ...

Well this config wont show any folders once I browse to universal media server

Anyone got the vizio m series working with this? I've tired a bunch of different config files but most of them don't work they just lock the TV up and it looks like it tries to render the whole movie before it plays. May exact model number is "M501d-A2R"

Just bought the new vizio m series tv and still have them same issue kinda want to return it.

Panasonic Is a Model SA-BTT196
Vizio Model is E422AR

The log really doesn't show anything just says playing movie then the buffer goes up and then to a negative number and the tv locks up.

having trouble getting a 42" e series vizio to play anything. I found this conf for vizio however it locks the tv up every time I pick I video.

Also tried with Panasonic bluray player no luck with that, Id be happy to get either working

That got rid of the subtitles fast forward or rewind doesn't work now. Its not the actual ff and rw buttons on the remote but the directional arrows that allowed me to skip foward and backwards

Correct they are in the mkv files. I will give the new allshare conf a try when I get home today.
