2012 Samsung TV disable subtitles

Trying to disable subtitles on my 2012 Samsung TV but have been unsuccessful. It doesn't use any transcoding is there anyway to disable subtitles? Defiantly Disable subtitles doesn't work either.

Nope still playing the subtitles with disable subtitles checked. Its not using any transcoding is there's anything else I can try? Thanks for the help!

Log files are attached, Not much there anything else I need to do. I started it and waited for the subtitles to show up then stopped the movie.

What happens if you replace your renderers/SamsungAllShare.conf file with the one attached?

Sorry to intefere, but Isnt it that SubtitleHttpHeader=CaptionInfo.sec that enables subtitles without transcoding?

I guess if you comment it out, you'd have no subtitles.. not sure, but think so

That's true for external subtitles squadjot, but he's talking about internal ones

Correct they are in the mkv files. I will give the new allshare conf a try when I get home today.

Another note
Playing with ps3media server I got them disabled for a second somehow by enabling the ass/ssa subtitles and playing it same movie again without clearing the cache. But as soon as I reloaded the movie and cleared the cache in the server the subtitles returned, not even sure why that even affected anything because its not using any encoding. But the fast forward and rewind didn't work until I reloaded and cleared the cache. So I believe there someway to do it because ive seen it play without them.

That got rid of the subtitles fast forward or rewind doesn't work now. Its not the actual ff and rw buttons on the remote but the directional arrows that allowed me to skip foward and backwards
