4.0.3, FFmpeg, and Fontconfig
The stretched subtitle bug is still in 4.0.3 when using Fontconfig with FFmpeg. Affects internal and external subs, .ass and .srt.
Each file was played twice, first with Fontconfig checked, then unchecked. Sometimes, even turning Fontconfig off does not fix the stretched subs problem.

Re: 4.0.3, FFmpeg, and Fontconfig
Did it first appear in 4.0.2 or 4.0.1?
Re: 4.0.3, FFmpeg, and Fontconfig
4.0.2. 4.0.1 works fine.
Re: 4.0.3, FFmpeg, and Fontconfig
Nope. No change from 4.0.2 and 4.0.3.
Re: 4.0.3, FFmpeg, and Fontconfig
Please can you send here one of the subtitles from folder C:/ProgramData/UMS/data/subs which is stretched when FFmpeg fontconfig is used?
Re: 4.0.3, FFmpeg, and Fontconfig
Here you go. it's with 4.0.3.
This is from an .srt file.
The following is from an .ass file, but the subs are still stretched.
This is from the first show played with 4.0.1, where the subs are not stretched. I deleted all files in the subs folder before trying 4.0.1 so it's a newly generated file.

OK it should be fixed in this version: http://www.spirton.com/uploads/UMS/UMS-7963e73.exe
Re: 4.0.3, FFmpeg, and Fontconfig
Yes! Fixed for both internal and external subs, .srt and .ass.
Thanks!!
Edit: After playing a few more files there are a few which gives a error 1 and will refuse to play. 4.0.1 is able to play these files. I see that there is a further commit on the stretching issue and will wait to see if that fixes it before I post logs which may not be relevant anymore.
Thanks!!
