MKVs with embedded subs no longer work on BDP-S390 (4.1.3)

So I have been using UMS for a long time, last version I was running successfully with no issues was 4.0.3 on Windows. I upgraded to 4.1.3 today and updated the encoding settings in the sonybluray.conf file to match my model (2012 US BDP-S390). This was the exact same settings in the previous version file. (Checked with file compare in Notepad++) However now when I try to play any mkv files with embedded subs, it says not recognized or corrupt. I tried toggling the 'Defer to MEncoder option for transcoding subtitles' option, saved and restarted the server, but that didn't work either. I only have 'Keep AC-3 tracks' checked in the Audio section of the Common Transcode Settings. Any ideas?

I uninstalled and reinstalled 4.0.3 and things work again normally. Here are the log files for the config as I use it with this version.

Hi fwaits, thanks for the logs and I hope to help with this issue. However the information we need isn't in the logs, please follow the instructions in my signature to remake the logs

Ah sorry just realized I used Debug mode, not Trace mode. I'll redo and post them soon. Thanks.

Here are the logs in Trace mode as requested. Both files (And everything else I've tried) works fine on 4.0.3. When I tried the 2 files in the logs, one played fine, but most MKVs with embedded subtitles give the 'not recognized or unsupported' message on screen and fail to play. The one with 'Genesis' in the name plays, the one with 'Chaika' in the name does not. Thanks in advance for your assistance. =)

Thanks for the logs, I've confirmed the bug and I'm working on it. Hopefully I'll have a fix for you to test soon

It fixed most of them, but I still have some that show up as M2TS and fail. Most now show MPEG and work properly. I'll upload a new log shortly showing the failed ones in Trace mode.

Here is the log in Trace mode showing one that fails (Shows M2TS in the list view) and one that works (Shows MPEG). All the mkv's showing MPEG work, if they show M2TS they fail.
