Transcode folders show up, but no transcode options
Thanks,
I can give a log, but nothing out of the ordinary shows up. Anyway, you know how you have to click on the transcode folder and then you click one more time on the various files to select their transcode options? Well the transcode folder is showing up, but nothing happens when I click on the selected file (the second time clicking) to actually see the transcode options for that file, just a loud clicking noise (using ps3). It used to happen on and off and eventually fix it self (...damn black magic of media serving) but I was wondering if there was something I could do to fix this as it has been persisting.
Help please. Thanks

Re: Transcode folders show up, but no transcode options
SOLVED:
Well this one I solved, apparently the media server can only go 7 folders in, it stops when you get to the 8th. If you make a folder closer to the file, it will work fine.
(btw I'm running the beta version 5 build)
NEW PROBLEM:
Ok, please help. Now Sometimes when running the server my custom folders don't show up. For instance I added to the c/ and d/ folders Downloads and show server settings. Now out of the blue all those disappear and it just shows the original 4 folders (c, d, recently played, and web). Why is that??

Re: Transcode folders show up, but no transcode options
Max 7 folder depth is PS3 problem so UMS has nothing to do with it.
But there is a hack in UMS to fix it for users that UMS will generate new virtual foder if folder is deeper than 7 (but maybe it is not applied to virtual TRANSCODE folder)
Check settings in ums.conf and forum how to configure it.
