Where that "Live Subtitles" get subs from?

Where that "Live Subtitles" get subs from?

Since I cant find any subs for br i want to fill live subs with them!

well i just add "pob" to Subtitles Language priority and live subtitles found subs for my language. It jus doesnt display my country flag. And it download from http://www.opensubtitles.org/ if i'm not wrong.

Yeah it gets them from opensubtitles.org :)
