Issues playing files on TV Sony HX753

Trying to watch Arrow ep12 as shown in log details. Was not able to play it with any renderer besides VLC which has problems with suttering/huge fps drops after 5-10 seconds, this is for all files i play on either my samsung og sony TV.

What I'm hoping for with this post is to make most of my files playable again and possible fix for VLC stuttering/fps drops?
