New to UMS, no content on TV

I have a w7 64 bit PC that I just installed UMS on.
At the PC end of things it show my Panny television but at the television end of things UMS does not show among DLNA devices.

I looked for a wiki or guide but could not find.

I installed 5.0.1
Is there a guide I've missed?
How do I point this to my video library?

O.K. so I've figured out how to point to my folder(s)

And the program is scanning but its scanning every Windows shared folders I have. In Navagation/Share Settings I stipulated a single folder, however as I watch it scan it is scanning a LOT of stuff. Its currently scanning My Music which I didnt point to.

So does this scan the files I a stipulate in Navagation/Share Settings or does it scan every shared folder in Windows?

Please be patient with me as I'm obviously a newb to this program.

It's a problem introduced in 5.0.1, it doesn't show up on TVs and some other devices, it's not on your end.

Thanks for the reply, I thought I had completely lost it.
So what is the most reliable iteration?

So I uninstalled 5.0.1 and installed 5.0.0 and the installation hung at installing AviSynth.

I suppose there are too many variables to even find the best version of UMS/AviSynth/Java. Just trial and error I suppose. I used to use Serviio but it became unusable, I think mostly because of Java. So I tried Plex which doesnt rely on Java but it used 100% of my CPU. Getting tough out here finding something to make my library viewable via DLNA

Installed 5.0.0, wont even start.
Restarted my PC, still wont start.
Click on UMS in Programs and nothing happens.

I made sure to check that the program started minimized with a restart of my PC, but it doesnt.
