Xbox 360 MKV stuttering

Hello, so... this MKV video is having stuttering issues. It stops for a millisecond, then accelerate the video and then continues playing normally.
I'm using a Xbox 360 to stream this video, and I think my PC is enough to transcode it. I changed my ethernet cable thinking this was the problem, but it wasn't. I upgraded my network drivers too. I use a network bridge between my laptop and my PC.

From my experience, when I upgraded my internal network from wired megabit to gigabit, it greatly improved the video streaming.

Modem in Bridge Mode > Router (TL-WR740N) > My PC connected through wireless (Wi-Fi Broadcom 4313GN) > my Xbox 360 connected to my PC through Network Bridge (Realtek PCIe FE Family Controller)

I think I figured out the problem, apparently my PC sucks. I used the "low CPU" transcoding option and it's working fine. But I heard the Xbox 360 kinda sucks for streaming, so I should try streaming to another thing.

I watch my shows in a 24" TV from some distance, I can't even see the "squares" from the bad quality image. So I should stop trying to find a fix to it and enjoy my shows.
