Thumbnails not working

Hi, I recently found your software and really prefer it over what I was using. This has eliminated several problems I was having. One question I have is I can't seem to get any thumbnails to show. I have tried all the settings I can see but no luck. I'm currently using a Sony BDP-S3100 if it makes a difference. This isn't really a deal breaker but just thought it would be nice. Any suggestions would be appreciated even if a new bluray player would be needed.
