Samsung BD-F5700 supported?

Post by mtnsteve »

First, thank you for all your work. UMS is what I have been looking for the last couple years. I have been using it to stream my PC files with my Sony BDP-S3100 to my Samsung HD TV and it has worked beyond my expectations. Unfortunately my Sony died after 18 months and I am now thinking of purchasing a Samsung BD-F5700 Bluray/DVD wireless player.

Will I still be able to stream my MPEG-2 TS, DIVX and MP4 Videos? I was even having success with my Video TS files.

Forgive me if this is the wrong place to check on this....I have been researching this for hours and am at a loss as to what to do.

Thanks again!

Note: I did notice in 4.2.1 you added support for the Samsung F5900 Blu-ray Disc players, will the F5700 be covered as well?
