DLNA Protocol Error 2101 - streaming from Ubuntu 14.04.2 LTS
Fairly new to Linux, so this problem might be obvious to more experienced user (really hope that's the case).
OS: Ubuntu 14.04.2 LTS
Connection: wired 1Gbps
Steps:
Downloaded latest UMS and unzipped (tar xvf) to /opt
installed openJDK, mediainfo, and mplayer:
sudo apt-get install default-jre
sudo apt-get install mediainfo
sudo apt-get install mplayer
Started UMS:
#/opt/ums/ums-5.1.2/UMS.sh
Added folders to share.
Turned on PS3, UMS icon shows up. However, when I select it, I immediately get a "DLNA Protocol error (2101) has occurred" message, and no videos/photos/folders are displayed.
Both the Ubuntu server and PS3 are wired to the router, and I did not have any issues when running UMS on Windows.
Log is attached
