Renderers randomly stopped working.
I've used PS3 media server, then UMS for a few years and it's always worked perfectly. I've had no issues with anything.
About a week or two ago (I don't remember doing anything different or installing anything new) UMS just randomly stopped detecting my renderers (A PS3 and an Android phone with AllCast). I tried updating, since I hadn't for almost a year, and while it now shows my Chromecast, everything else still doesn't show up.
I've tried reinstalling, using a clean install, assigning ports and a fixed ip and forwarding them on my router, which I'd never had to do, and no matter what I've tried the result is the same.
Just now I tried opening my old version of PS3 Media Server 1.90.1 that was still installed from ages ago, and it found my PS3 immediately. It's settings are basically the defaults, including using port 5001, so that's obviously not the problem.
I don't know what else to do at this point.

Re: Renderers randomly stopped working.
It seems that the port is set to "66618" and that is causing a "port out of range" error. Try setting it to 5002 or something

Re: Renderers randomly stopped working.
Oh, I was just messing around when I set that. bad idea going over 65535 anyway. I've set it to 5002, blank (5001), 666, and a bunch of random ports above 44000, and just set it back to 5002. Here is the new zip.

Re: Renderers randomly stopped working.
I can't see anything wrong in the logs which usually means it's something like a firewall blocking the connection
