UMS / PS3 not connecting - not typical situation

Here's the situation:

Built a new PC, been using PS3 Media Server with hardly any issues, then one day it stopped connecting. My PC is connected to a DIR-825 router. (please see attached files). I've been trying UMS with no success, for months, then suddenly last night it appeared and worked flawlessly until it was time for bed. Woke up this morning and it won't connect.

* The PS3, my computer, and computer 2 are all wired into the router.
*PS3 can see computer 2's UMS and Windows Media Server - but computer 2 is very slow and will lag (underpowered)
*The PS3 can sometimes see my Windows Media Server - it's rare, but it will. However I can't get anything to stream.
*I've removed my previous anti virus and replaced it with another, smaller, lightweight AV.
*I've changed ethernet cables from PS3 to router.
*I've changed windows firewall over and over until it's definitely off.
*I can ping the PS3 from my PC and from the router's interface no problems

Please help!!! TVersity will work for 15 minutes, rarely, then disconnect. I've allowed Java, I've done nearly everything I can think of.

I should also include that all other connected devices: Computer 2, Smartphones and Tablets (Wifi - same router) can see each other and my computer. This unstable connection is just PS3. However, the PS3 can access the internet at full speed, download, and surf the web.
