PS3 not being picked up as renderer

Are you running UMS 5.3.1 on 192.168.1.70 (Windows 8) and UMS 5.2.1 on 192.168.1.69 (Windows 7). That can probably create some confusion, you should shut down the old version (5.2.1).
Apart from that I see no communication with any PS3. The usual suspects are Firewalls and Anti Virus software. Try turning them off and see it that helps, a firewall is the most likely culprit. Also make sure that the PS3 is on the same IP subnet as the server (has an IP of 192.168.1.x).
