PS4 issues?

Hi all,

i'm using UMS for a while with PS3, now i'm mooving on PS4. i found out that more or less i can view all my MKV and AVI without ums transoding, so i force MKV and AVI for not transcoding. i use FFMPEG only to transcode multilang files or subtitles. is this the best solution for quality? or FFMpeg/Mencoder si better than the ps4 decoder?

i also note that with FFMPEG or Mencoder i cant fast torward the files, it's a PS4 issue? or a UMS issue? i tryed the new 6.0.0 b and 5.4.0..
