[LiveSubtitles] not showing on a Samsung SmartTv

Hello everyone,
I am unable to see the subtitles when I select them on my Samsung Tv. Do I need to configure anything or it shoud appear out of the box ? I do see lot of subtitle options when I go inside that menu, but none of them display anything. Help welcome !

ok I'll hijack this thread cause I've the same issue and Op is missing :

I can't see live subtitles, but the same subtitles downloaded and placed in video folder works fine.

Model: samsung ue40h5303

in the attached log u'll find my first try with live subtitles playing "nikita" (not working)
and the second try with .srt file in the same folder playing "the 100" (working)

I'm adding the result of getprotocolinfo from devicespy in case it's needed
