I cant see subtitles on Anycast

Hi,

For some reason, my UMS only seams to stream video, but whit out subtitles to my Anycast render Version 3.50.00. I tried several configurations whit out any success. I wanted to know if is a UMS problem or a Anycast limitation? I read the support page for the subtitles, and the configurations didn't work. I tried to play .avi file and .mkv.

Another problem is, when i play the video the stop button doesn't work, my way to stop the streaming is to click in the play button again.

For some reason i cant respond to PM,s so i have to reply here.

I change the configurations to "force render for samsung series" and didn't work. Played video normally and no subtitle. The buttons for "stop" and "moving «»" only worked for few seconds, then is only the play button working.

You made the custom conf for your Anycast so changing default renderer doesn't work because ums always use the Anycast-9ADE08-DMR-93519c.conf. If you want to try different conf please delete that config file from the path C:\ProgramData\UMS\renderers

Hi,

I did a clean installation. I think i made configurations right this time and loaded the Samsung config. No changes in the subtitles, the only change that i notice is that some times the movement "«»" buttons and the stop, most of the time they work.

There is any more config. that i can try?

Note: I tried also the new beta version 6.0.0-b2 , no changes, if the log is useful just let me know.

I think you should start to make your config from the scratch. What is the difference between you first post when the Anycast was recognized and the last you forced to use Samsung conf? And why Samsung? Seems that Samsung has some setting e.g.

I tried the the Samsung config. because the user "squadjot" advise me to try it, in PM message. I Tried serverl options none of them seam to work at moment.

Are you sure that this version is supporting subtitles? And in which format should be send? I tried to find any usefull information but without success.

Are you asking about the version of Anicast device? No im not sure.

I cant, i dont have the Anycast any more, i give it way. Now i have a amazon fire tv stick, whit Kodi. If need any help testing on that, just let me know,
