I'm stumped...2.2.0/2.2.1
I do not understand why after installing 2.2.0, the MKV container get stripped down to the MPEG. My OPPO 93 must have it in MKV form or transcoded via UMS. I downloaded and tried 2.2.1 and the same thing happens. No MKV's, (it was/is in a MKV container) just the MPEG and no transcode engines in the transcode folder. I do not have the engines hidden via the checkbox. Oddly, when I uninstall and then install 2.1.2 the MKV's stay in MKV form and the engines all show up in the transcode folder. I have downloaded and successfully installed Java 10. What is happening to the MKV?
Why does 2.1.2 run OK, but not 2.2.0 or 2.2.1? I have successfully upgraded in the past and want to use the new versions if possible.
Any ideas for a newb?
Thanks for for anything.

Re: I'm stumped...2.2.0/2.2.1
I have the same issue with 2.2.0/1 on my Oppo 93, UMS only serves MPEG and these are not supported by my Oppo. Can't find which setting to change so it will serve MKV again. Excluded MKV from transcoding, but this doesn't work.

for now I am back to 2.1.2

I have looked at the log and can't ID the prob. I'm not that good with code, so I'm hanging out there.

With fingers crossed I downloaded 2.2.2. No subjunk, the same problem exists. The container is stripped...(right jargon?) and just the MPEG is displayed. I don't understand why the engines don't show in the latest versions. No engines in transcode folder either. Going back to 2.1.2 and all is well again. Still troubleshooting on my end...
