UMS Stopped Working?

Going crazy with this one, I hope someone can help.

I was watching a video using UMS to stream to my Xbox 360 as I have done for years and the video stopped playing in the middle. I couldn't get it to reconnect and haven't been able to get it to work since.

Now neither my PS4 nor my Xbox 360 works with UMS, but they both used to work fine. Most of the time, it doesn't show up in the list of media players on either one. Occasionally, if I restart the UMS server, it will show as "Universal Media Server" on both of them, but if I click on it, it just loads forever and goes nowhere.

I have my Xbox 360 on, and it is showing up on the UMS but nothing happens.

I feel like I've tried everything and I've been searching the forums for answers but I haven't found anyone with the same problem. I don't know what it could be.

I am running Java Version 8 Update 73 on Windows 7. Debug log is attached.
