Media Server not Running on win 10

Hello at all.....sorry for me Bad Eng this is not the best.I use the Media server long time ago since the good old Ps3 Server times,and i am very happy whit this program.So for 4 Days i update me system from Win 7 to Win 10 and at this Date the server not find me PS3 i have make all waht i can bit i become this not too Runnig the Media Server find not me Ps3.I have googel and googel and googel but i can not fuix the problem....but me old Laptop is Running on Win 7 and all is good he find the Ps3.Only me New Pc whit the Win 10 any have a tip for me plz i am at mom soooooooo arhrhrrhhr...

Have you tried to disable windows firewall to see if that is the problem?

Thx for u Idea but not working....on me win 7 laptop at the log is conect 192.168.2.107 at me win 10 nothing for conect to 192.168.2.106......is dont kown
