PS3 UMS No Audio on Videos

Hello,

I've been using UMS for years with no issues whatsoever and this problem has only occurred within the last few weeks. Whenever I try to play a video through UMS to my PS3, the video will run just fine, however I will get no audio on the videos I watch.

I've tried uninstalling UMS and reinstalling (also tried clean installs), I was using the CFW Rebug 4.78 and only updated to Rebug 4.80 to see if that might help. I've also ran the video through the different Transcodes to see if any of those would play audio and they all experience the same issue.

I've attached my debug .zip as per the 'How to ask for support' thread. Thanks for all the hard work that is put into this amazing piece of software and thanks to anyone for their support!

Edit: I've discovered that when I press R2 on the controller to fast forward, I can hear the audio with the video fast forwarding.

Try playing with the transcode audio settings eg lpcm

Probably an issue with mediainfo and the ability to determine the required audio transcode settings. Try playing with the default transcode audio settings eg lpcm.
