Sorry, i'm not really sure to understood what do you mean. It seem that you've UMS use issue with Windows 10 Creators.

So i'll say, make sure that you firewall is correctly configured.
And disable/close "MSI afterburner" and/or "Rivatuner" if you use them.

That's not a UMS issue, only Windows 10 use issue...
As i still use XP, i cannot help you on that, but you can always use our web interface and copy your video files from it.

Windows XP and 7 are far better, imho
