4k File not streaming
Hi Guys
I just got a 4k TV and the media server is working fine for my normal media but not working for my 4K movies.
I tested the files through USB and they work fine.
Any help would be great.
Thanks.

Hi,
try with that renderer: (replace your renderer, found in your UMS "renderers" subfolder, by that one) Please, don't forget to give feedback

Re: 4k File not streaming
Sorry, i miss your new log.
P.S. Don't forget to try with subtitles disabled as well (this option is in the "Transcoding Settings" tab)
If your issue still persist, update ffmpeg to the latest version.
Replace your ffmpeg64.exe file in your win32's UMS program subfolder, by the one inside this ZIP file (after having renamed to ffmpeg64.exe), and run a new test and attach your log here.
EDIT: I'll need you MediaInfo advanced log for this video: Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them 2016 Multi 2160p UHD BluRay HEVC HDR Atmos7.1-DDR.mkv
Go in the "Debug" menu and select "Advanced mode". Open that video file and post the log here (as a file or a copy paste)

Try with that beta version, add the renderer below, and post a new log:
