UMS worked on PS4 last night, today won't work

I don't know what changed, yesterday it worked great today the PS4 just can't find UMS. I disabled the firewall in my router and UMS is on the Mcafee allow programs list, I also have a Windows 10 PC.

Do NOT disable the firewall on the router. Disable the Windows firewall on the computer running UMS.

@ultrasuperman do you run WIN 10 in the virtual mode using VMware? If not check the adapter the UMS choosen
