My cameras wont work
I tried shutting off and turning on the computer back on and still the cameras wont connect!
and when it does, like only one camera would be working and other cameras would be off..
I tried turning off the firewall and restarting the computer but it still wont work. I force shut the UMS program as well >__<
What should I do if I want all the videos to work again?

This isn't the same "UMS" as the one on your screenshot. I had no idea that there was a camera software called UMS as well, but this is Universal Media Server. It does not handle surveillance cameras and does not look like your screenshot 
It looks like the "UMS" you have problems with is IGEL Universal Management Suite.
