Jeg tviler sterkt på at dette har noe med PC'en eller brannmuren å gjøre, det er nok noe mellom UMS og TV'en din.
Det beste du kan gjøre er forsøke å lage en trace log mens dette inntreffer. Dersom du følger beskrivelsen i rødt over, og så ser på noe til dette skjer før du pakker debug filene, så bør sjansen for at det som skjer fanges opp være god.
Vær oppmerksom på at filnavn blir logget, så dersom du ikke vil det, kan det være lurt å rename filen(e) du skal spille av(til noe generisk, f.eks "video.mkv") før du starter UMS.

You should post the trace log here, as it's not so easy to interpret when you're not used to the system..

It means that UMS asks your renderer for the current position (how many seconds/frames/bytes from media start), and that your renderer refuse to give it. It's no big deal, UMS only uses this to update the "where you are" in the current media on the "Status" tab for the current renderer.
I haven't seen 403 Forbidden as a reply to this before, so that's slightly "interesting", but I assume that it means that UMS has failed to follow some protocol to be allowed to ask this, or that some setting at the renderer prevents sending this information. Other errors are not uncommon though, as UMS doesn't quite keep track of when to ask and not, and often keeps on asking after playback has stopped for example
